A cool game with zombies and stuff, maybe a tad bit expensive for what it is though

I love tihs game! I played Left 4 Dead 1 and I was hooked from the start. I couldn't stop playing it! It was too much fun, I had to miss alot of things "just to finish this one campain" then just to end up playing 5 more!
The 4 new characters were disliked at first, but now that I play the game, I notice how much more depth they have than their predicesers. They have a bigger background and then comes the fact they haven't seen eachother before - this being shown by a short sequence in an elevator when they ask eachother their names.
The campains are adictive and loveable! The scenary is beautiful! Everywhere you look - it may be blood filled - is amazing to look at. The writing on the walls in safe rooms can be ammusing at sometimes and saddening at others.
I accually hesitate to paly because I will never get off it if I do!
The only problem is, that alto of the servers can be laggy and it can take a while to get one with a godo ping, and that it can sometimes bug you out of an achivement like in Left 4 Dead 1.

Having logged over 450 hours with L4D, I've been looking forward to the sequel. Game is better balanced and deeper, while the graphics are improved a bit while seemingly less of a drain on resources. Definitely worth the full price but you have to get into the multiplayer modes to really realize the full value of the game.
What's wrong with the price?? It's the same price as L4D1 and you are getting MORE, yet you will buy Modern Warfare 2, get LESS and pay MORE! Come on?? This game is awesome but you people have no idea what you are doing.

its a little expensive but a lot of fun
Great game, loving it. But I have some ideas what I would like to see in it, like the section on the intro movie that shows claiming the rollercoaster, that would have been nice to see, or claiming something else and the horde actually coming after you fast. Price is good when bought from Steam with friends, price come down a bit.

It's ok, better than Left4Dead 1 but the novelty still wears off after a few days, regret buying it really :( Back to MW2 I think ;)
it feels like a more Complete L4D game than its predecessor. I did purchase the game, but it was at the 33 dollar price point(I bought the 4 pack with friends). Otherwise, I would not have purchased it at full price. The southern backdrop actually works much better than I expected, and the dialogue of Ellis and Coach makes for a few laughs. Overall, it's good, but definitely not a huge overhaul of the franchise.
i love the game , the campaign can be hard but once you know what to do its fun and thrilling to do it, and the melee weapons are just awesome ;)
