I think this is the new "Kazaa" program. Its <a href="http://www.limewirepro2008.com">Limewire</a>
When I say that I mean its a FREE program that connects to a boatload of people, bringing tons of media downloads on a huge network, and its very easy for new users to pick up in a second.
That was how Kazaa was. Free, large network, media downloads, easy to learn.
The difference between LimeWire and Kazaa is that there is no Spyware, Adware or Viruses, something that Kazaa was full of.
Its great because tons of people will download this program with the same intentions of Kazaa but those spyware problems will be nonexistent.

Its okay, if i ever need to find just one song, it works perfectly fine for that.
Hey, if you want a virus, this is the perfect program.
it has some sort of tracker that creates a fake file based on the keywords you search, and adds porn words

Horrible program that 8 year olds use to download their barney sing-alongs.
Any serious music downloader knows to use discography downloads on bittorrent or usenet.
Ares and eMule are good p2p progs, eMule has long waiting lines though, but as far as i've encountered the most files to search from...
Im still undecided on this. after a whole 3 years. i currently dislike it as it eats my system resources and theres a lot of what i call "Fake Hosts & Files". Also the startup takes considerably longer than uTorrent which is instantaneous and uses barely any resources. However Limewire has its benifits because its still cleaner than vaious other p2p programs. Lets hope it doesnt go the way of Kazaa

Oi mates, it's for music, never download programs over this ever.....that's what bittorrents for. Limewire and and every other p2p app is only good for music, porn, and some videos.

Good program for viruses.
If you want to pirate something or search for crappy porn, this is a decent program for those purposes. As for sharing files with a friend, it's no so good. Much better options out there for that. For handling torrents, meh, it's not bad. But I'd go with Frostwire on that just because it doesn't bug you to buy a Pro version. I'm sure there are better torrent downloading clients as well though.
If you're using this to search for music because you don't want to pay for it, try using Google for a bit. There are actually several websites out now that offer free music downloads legally.
