The new interface of it is a bilion times better. But i feel it a little slower... Good app BTW.
Its a really cool application.
Use it to get movies!!
Using LimeWire (the free version) is a case of mixed emotions. The UI isn't very intuitive, but it's not that hard to learn, though you still can get confused. The result of a search seems to depend very much on what time of day you do a search. Since a good result is of course depending on others to be connected, having LimeWire (or some comparable app) loaded - and something to share. But you can't blame LimeWire for that. The search is quite quick and you can get appropriate info on each file even before downloading. It's better than MP3Rocket. Haven't tried other similar apps.
really good app, handles torrents really well now
It's great, it lets me download stuff I need. But there are a lot of junk files and suspicious stuff that pop up with the search results every now and then, and quite honestly, it's getting tiring having to filter every time I use it.
Great software
Great for downloading music and movies. While it' still "illegal" everyone is using P2P for this reason.
I use it on my Mac so I dont really have to worry about viruses
As someone said, lot of viruses
Exactly the same as frankn.
Used to like it a few years ago. Now, it is not as good as before, crawling mode most of the time.
Lamewire was good a few years ago, just like KaZaa in the early days. Interface is rubbish, however you can choose other crappy themes (which are worse) than the standard theme. To me this application just feels bloated. You get what you paid for: nothing :P
it used to be ok but now has to many viruses
I like it, but I'm not terribly attached to it. It's nice to have but then again that is what you get for a free software.
It's okay to use... but has lots of viruses.
همونطور که بقیه گفتن ویروسای زیادی ازش ساتع میشه ولی کلاً چیز خوبیه
