if u can spot a virus (obviusly if an audio file of 3 minutes long is 50kb,
its obviously not an audio file) then its really useful for those songs that you
just can't find on itunes or anywhere else
People...still..use this? Lol, there are probably loads of reasons why this
is still popular, but seriously, I hope people have a good virus scanner
installed on their system. Before I learnt about torrents etc, I used Limewire
and Frostwire, but there were so many bogus results that inevitably lead to
trojans, viruses and so on. Not a great program.
Using LimeWire (the free version) is a case of mixed emotions. The UI isn't
very intuitive, but it's not that hard to learn, though you still can get
confused. The result of a search seems to depend very much on what time of day
you do a search. Since a good result is of course depending on others to be
connected, having LimeWire (or some comparable app) loaded - and something to
share. But you can't blame LimeWire for that. The search is quite quick and you
can get appropriate info on each file even before downloading. It's better than
MP3Rocket. Haven't tried other similar apps.
It's great, it lets me download stuff I need. But there are a lot of junk
files and suspicious stuff that pop up with the search results every now and
then, and quite honestly, it's getting tiring having to filter every time I use
it.

... para mi es mejor que Ares y otros programas de descarga, aunque jamás tan bueno como un cliente de torrents
Good programs but there are probably better ones out there, the new interface from 5.0 seems worse than the original one.
Probably the worst P2P app.
good but not great, especially file details should be more!
The new interface of it is a bilion times better. But i feel it a little slower... Good app BTW.
Its a really cool application.
Use it to get movies!!

really good app, handles torrents really well now

Great software
Great for downloading music and movies. While it' still "illegal" everyone is using P2P for this reason.
I use it on my Mac so I dont really have to worry about viruses
As someone said, lot of viruses
Exactly the same as frankn.
