I guess this is oriented more towards contractors, who depend on their
contacts to have a steady flow of orders coming in. For me, as a clerk, I doubt
this has much advantages over e.g. Facebook. I find the interface much too
cluttered - it's not easy to have an overview because headers & body text
are not contrasting enough.
That being said, it is a nifty thing to have and I'll continue using it -
it's probably a good investment for the future, I just don't see the use yet at
this point.
