LinkedIn provides an excellent social networking environment for professional
interaction. I have made several contacts with LinkedIn and been able to
connect others as well.

is particularly useful because people take the polls more seriously (probably
the site sets the tone). Posting Polls on forums has proven very rewarding and
the received feedback is full of applicable insights. The site performance
could be a bit better.

A professional version of Facebook for anyone looking to make legitimate connections.
Works on a freemium based business model so the free version is kind of limited but still has enough functionality to be useful in business.
