Well, for me - Linkomanija is the best too, but I don't say it has very good interface. Some other trackers have better interface.
But compared the performance - it's the best. Not to mention that the community is very friendly. :)

Karolis, well, for example, connection.lt - it really has better, more user friendly interface. I like it a lot more. But the tracker itself is very poor, though - not many peers, torrents.
There are definitely areas that need improvement, but overall it is the best tracker in Lithuania. Unlike ernetas, I have not seen any other Lithuanian tracker that is so uncluttered and user-friendly.
However, I must admit that lately there was an increase in stupid comments and no-info uploads (when you pretty much don't know what you're getting).
