I love Microsoft's Live Mesh. Seamless syncing of folders on multiple computers gives me complete access to the files I need both at work and at home. Also, if I'm on any other computer and need one of those files, I just log in and download it. All this and a remote desktop client that's way more easy to use than the built-in Windows Remote Desktop. Great for synchronizing, sharing and backuping your files. Best of tools used for these actions of those I've tried.

Not sure when this was initially released but it sure is awesome. The remote desktop feature really puts it over the top of similar file syncing services.

Always nice to have 5GB of storage in the cloud, syncing files and remote desktop via the browser.

Use it daily, also good for machines on the home network that your migrating to a new machine, esp if they dont have a monitor. No monitor or KB is required (usually) after Mesh is installed on a network capable machine.

Syncs great, but I'm not using all the functionality. Remote Desktop avaiable via web is truly nice. Works great in the background.
