The most popular social network in Russia. here`s real russian publicpolitics
- every media face is ought to have a LJ! Even russian president has it))
LiveJournal is the best journal system with community features; it's great
for connecting with friends. Also the best for the fandom world. You can find
almost everything there! LJ communities RULE! ヾ(^∇^)
Всем советую попробовать полуплатный режим с показом рекламы. Фичей почти как
у платников, а плата за это в виде рекламы не так заметна, если ты сидишь в
Firefox.
жежека форева! хоть и интерфейс не идеален, и фич грамотных не так много,
зато перформанс отличен. а цена... ну нормальная цена. я периодически платником
бываю)
I've been blogging with LJ for six years. Back then, the site was somewhat
innovative, with a generally solid backend and interface.
These days, the interface shows its age in comparison to other sites, and
some of the features are frustrating to use. Some new features, such as
LiveJournal Messenger (which piggybacks on Windows Live Messenger) seem good on
paper, but their implementations leave something to be desired.
Generally however, LiveJournal is accessible and works well, especially if
you know others using it. The 'friends' page prevents you having everyone's RSS
in from across the web, and the photo hosting works well.
Having won a 'permanent account' (i.e. all features, one-time payment) I
never see ads, but these frustrate a lot of users. I'd like to hear of their
removal someday.
LJ is my online home. I've been involved for six years and made many friends
that I'd now consider IRL friends. People give LJ a bum rap because it has had
issues with communicating with its customers, but I remain a loyal user despite
the site's previous problems.

ЖЖ хорошо тем сообшеством которое он сумел создать но марально он конечно устарел.
Great for networking and blogging. So much you can get from there :)

I'm the LJ member since 2005 and that's my favourite blog platform. Don't like ads in free accounts, would like to have paid account.

Good service. I haven't my own journal there, but sometimes I like to read some blogs and communities.
I love the comms. Definitely the best thing about LJ.
I've used it for five years now, and iit's been fun. I met lots of friends through LJ.
