I've been using LJ for a few years now. I love the place, and can just hang
around on the site all day. Icon communities, anonymous posting comms, there are
all kinds of people and groups to check out. Sure, there are some...annoyances,
but what site doesn't have a few unpleasant quirks here and there?
Another one from the early days (in the first 50k users), and I doubt I will
leave the site for another service. It is the biggest, best, and most active.
It definitely ain't as great as it used to be, though. All the snazzy new
features seemed to cost us the feeling of community. Such is life, eh?

I don't use it often, but it's still a great network.
I've had a Livejournal since...well, since I don't remember when. It's not perfect, but it has a great community.

I've been an LJer since the early days. It's the core of my social network, but it's ceertainly got its issues.
