Live person is a great tool for capturing and interacting with customers on your website. No sales site should be without it.
I've been using Liveperson application for more than 3 years and am fully satisfied with it so far. It's a powerful marketing tool and, in my opinion, the must-have software to be put on the website for sales purposes. I'm using the full version with all features enabled, but I need one more feature in my application which is not offered by Liveperson yet: "bulk" proactive invite feature, that will allow to invite visitors from the site to chat not one by one, but a bunch of visitors at the same time. Hope it will be introduced soon!
I give Liveperson 9 balls from 10, it's the most professional livechat application I've met on the market.
