## WARNING, SCAM APPLICATION ##
For those of you still using Lphant, or considering using it be warned you are not using Lphant originally developed by Juanjo. This application has been taken over by Musiclab, LLC (Discordia Ltd). This company has known connections to the (SPPF) Société Civile des Producteurs de Phonogrammes en France, which is the French equivalent to the RIAA. It should be presumed that records of what users are downloading with Lphant along with your IP address are being sent to the SPPF and shared with music and film industry associations around the world which may result in your prosecution if you are found to be downloading media illegally.
This all came to light when Musiclab, LLC (Discordia Ltd) took control of the domain name shareaza*com for another P2P application, Shareaza. The Shareaza development team are fighting this. For more information on Discordia Ltd's takeover of P2P clients BearShare, iMesh, Lphant and attempted takeover of Shareaza read the following article via TorrentFreak http://torrentfreak.com/the-shareaza-conspiracy-in-a-nutshell-080313
Uninstal BearShare now, download Shareaza a safe open source P2P client running on the eDonkey, Gnutella, G2 and BitTorrent networks here http://wakoopa.com/software/shareaza/download
DON'T INSTALL LPHANT 4.0
It's a anti-piracy, a fake.
