What do you mean? "they can't access to data store in their database." You cannot access your sored info there?
I had heard of problems before and I for one wonder how many bookmarking/social sites the Net Needs.
Ma.gnolia is living "The Web 2.0 nightmare": they can't access to data store in their database.

It was such a good bookmarking service, but unfortunately it has been unavailable for a long time now.
Its in big mess ATM if you are having problem getting all your bookmarks from magnolia try the recovery tools http://recovery.ma.gnolia.com/ good luck
