I've been using MailChimp at least 2 days in a week for last 3-4 months. And all I can say is - it's great! Very powerful, yet extremely easy to use. I don't bother with their HTML templates, I just make my own HTML, zip it up, and upload it to them together with pictures. They do almost everything else!
List management is great, I just LOVE the internal online segmentations of the lists, ability to create list database as you like it, with whichever columns you like, name them yourself, create signup forms, and so on and so on.
Best thing is probably that while it offers newbie-friendly tools and wizzards, it still allowes advanced users to dig into the code of almost any part of the e-mailing process.
Only thing that I do miss from the previous e-mailing provider, is a way to manually clean soft bounces, or configure it by your self to be more (or less) sensitive.
Anyway, they get 5 stars from me in all aspects, as at the moment I believe there is no system out there that can beat it!
Looks nice, want to try it
Lots of options!
Never used it :D
Every email campaign dreams one day it too could be powered by Mail Chimp
very easy in use, lots of recourses to learn email marketing
I really love this tool. The HTML editor is a bit clunky, yet all you need to do a good mailing with solid templates is in there. And at these prices, who wouldn't want to use this?
MailChimp is the number 1 newsletter tool. Use it for different sites and delivers a good set of tools to create a newsletter that also really get to the inbox and doenst get stuck in spam filters.
Next to the easy creating of newsletters, MailChimp gives you reports to improve your newsletters and a good set of benchmarking tools.
