recommend it because it's free and because it's the best application to combat
viruses nowadays

Does the same thing that the more commercial products do but for a lot less. It
uses very little system resources and does the job rather nicely. I'd definitely
recommend it to someone looking for an effective anti-malware but don't want to
be overloaded by a bulky, cumbersome program that uses 250 mb of RAM.

"Antivirus 2008 / 2009" series - free version is working fine for me,
as I used it along with ESET SmartSecurity and I run a MBAM full scan every two
weeks or so.

really nasty stuff. keep it updated and run a periodical scan youre good to

God this prog has saved my ass many a time. I use it alongside MacAfee which doesn't seem to know about the Vundo trojan! <.< (I mean WTF?!)
