all stupid and wizard-based.
Manage this, Manage that, Manage everything! If it needs managing (like you
lazy bums!), Management console can do it! It's what we in the IT field like to
call a Pow-Pow-Powertool. Now get back to work before I install the lazy
wakoopa addict snap-in.

Not a bad management tool, but hasn't changed significantly in almost 7 years.
I guess my computer used this itself at work. As im at home on nothing but Mac's. The PC at work has Wakoopa on it also and has been left on..

Free, packed with Windows..., not to much options but it's enough for me
It's free and I use it to manage microsoft services. It could be better and more useful, but it is what it is.
