Interface looks ancient, and the learning curve resembles a wall, but its vast tone library and application system (select the tone layer, pick a Pen or Brush and paint with tone) makes it worth it. The Story function is also nice for keeping pages organized.
Warning: tends to lag on a Vista SP1 Dual core 3GB RAM machine.
Easy to use. Good support and many possibilities.
Actually I used Manga Studio Debut but it registered as Manga Studio EX. The software is fast nice, efficient and has all the tools one could need. The only problem is that it looks dated on my vista machine. Nothing an update couldn't fix though.
