Maximize Assistantは、タスクバーのインジケータ領域(トレイ)に常駐し、指定されたウィンドウタイトルまたはクラス名を持つウィンドウを探して、
* 最大化/最小化 * 位置/サイズ変更(ピクセル単位またはデスクトップとのパーセンテージ指定、いずれもデスクトップ端からの相対指定可能) * 閉じる * 最前面化の処理を設定に従って行います(名前のMaximizeは歴史的な理由によるものです、多くの雑誌紹介等では曲解されておりますが)。
例えば、ブラウザは常に画面左側にサイズ固定してエクスプローラは右側、解像度に関係なく縦サイズは最大で…等が実現できます。
