I used this browser about one year. It was called MyIE2 earlier. Well from now on I can tell that Fx really can completly replace It in most cases (Fx supports "Super Drag&Drop" with a special plugin for example).
By the way, maybe they will make Maxthon on Gecko someday.

This is what MSIE was supposed to be. This browser has full screen shot capability, serious ad blocking and pretty handy split screen. The right mouse button draw on screen is pretty handy too.
I think only Chinese are using this browser, no?

Give me firefox any day, this is based on IE, thus has it's vulnerabilities too.
Might be slick, but still has the limitations of just being IE, but with a new lick of paint.

I tested it for a few minutes. I was not able to open my homepage (http://knusto.com) in this browser.
So I will rate this APOS (A PIECE OF SHIT).

It's simply the disgusting IE. Don't mistaken on it, it's just a fake Firefox . There are great browsers such as Opera & Firefox around. Why "the fake edition" instead of these?
Simply install Opera or Firefox, stay away from IE & derivatives!
silvermachine, probably you do not estimate what powers are in Maxthon source! Leave your beloved Firefox for 4 weeks, and just try to enjoy Maxthon. If you will open your mind... will never go back fo FF
