Used to use this one before switching to Firefox.
2.x is powerful enough for a IE shell, but still so complicated, too many menu and sub-menu, not tiny and fast. Hoping 3.0 will bring us a big change.
Simply put, IE on steroids.

The 3.0.1 alpha is out. Very buggy, no features, but it's fast! It's an alpha after all!
Just IE - but very customable and so much more useful. But very, very slow - as IE is!..
Ultimately it did not satisfy my NEEDS
One of the most popular in China, where it was developed and is supported and that's my problem w/it. China has become one of the kingdoms of viruses, Trojans and other malware. Makes me leery.
