Worst app i've ever used on the Mac.
haha, i remember the days of icq. i can't believe people still use that.
I still miss my ICQ! Good times!
Windows Live still cannot send properly files (to the hell with shared folders), while many years ago ICQ could send files and resumes it if you need to get offline); the offline messages still do not work properly; shi**y Find Friends".
As advertiser, congratulations to Microsoft, your investments really worked, at least in Brazil that everyone haves MSN.
Com certeza é o melhor dos melhores programas que já criaram. É o primeiro programa q abro ao ligar meu PC.
It's doing ok, but the advertising is terrible. And I don't get the "send buzzer" or "send wink" -stuff. Maybe Microsoft needs to make a basic one...
It's great - But only after you've patched it to remove stupid ads and bloat-features.
I recommend http://emesene.org/ if you want a adfree yet feature filled version of MSN.
Mac version leaves a lot to be desired but unfortunately no 3rd party applications can offer all the features this does but there is a lot it needs to catch up on the Windows version.
what about integration? it's a good full featured IM, but walled gardens shouldn't live on.
It's ok, but I hope there will come a smaller en lighter version.
Breaks too many other programs. Uses too many resources. I use Pidgin instead (Adium on OSX)
I tried all messengers. Even the multi protocol messengers like Miranda and Pidgin, but there is really no alternative to the Original MS Windows Live Messenger.
It's slow as hell, takes much memory, but if one really needs cam, voice and third party smiley support...
It looks good, it works and it takes up a lot of resources. Microsoft for the win.
I have tried pidgin, I preferred it and I still go back to MSN. There is just this thing about it. Maybe because it's the first IM client I ever used that was actually fun. Still pleased by it.
Super !
Another IM client that tries to do too much. Pidgin is my IM client of choice. Just does the basics....
