A lot of the programming manuals I keep are in this format and .chms can be frustrating at the best of times. Spaces and malformed names play havoc with .chms.

Not sure why Woopra caught my use.
Use it for .chm files. Most of the eBooks I have use this format and it provides a nice and easy way to read them.
Old school, but does the trick. Frankly I don't see the point now with modern web browsers and help files being in html format anyway.
It's good for viewing .chm files. A lot of really good eBooks are in this format :)
