for diagnostic in windows environment and for windows domain based networks is a must have tool, but as Jeff says there are others capture tools with more support and performances. Is interesting in this last version the implementation of the tunnels capture and WWAN capture.
Definitely not a Wireshark killer, but it's getting there. It's quite limited in terms of the UI but it does a few things that Wireshark doesn't do.
