Microsoft Visual Studio is Microsoft's flagship software development product for computer programmers. It centers on an integrated development environment which lets programmers create standalone applications, web sites, web applications, and web services that run on any platforms supported by Microsoft's .NET Framework (for all versions after 6)

Born to code!
All you need is included, VB6 & C++ ;-)
Must have for programmers
It's too big and expensive
Couldn't live without it!
practically does the coding for you. Best thing that ever happened to C#
One thing MS does right is development tools.
Might be the best software MS have released :)
I used Borland's Delphi and i got almost addicted to it... until I found out about MS's .NET stuff, and boy I was simply amazed by its power and its unlimited possibilities! It has conquered my mind in a split! And now I'm a professional addict :P It opened my mind, my imagination, and all those new concepts and features are just amazing... oh, yeah, it turned out that C# was developed mainly by delphi's developer :D
long story short: it blows my mind every time i work with it!
By far my favorite IDE. Especially now that I'm using the new Orcas.

Use it everyday as a Microsoft .NET Developer!
My favorite IDE. I use Visual C++ Express Edition and Visual Web Express Edition.
For C++ I use MS Visual Studio but I'd like to work with Code::Blocks or KDevelop or Dev-C++ (all open sauce/free). I'm not happy with Visual Studio changing project/solution formats and C++ STL syntax in new versions. Shifting standards to keep people locked in.
My favorite IDE. I use Visual C# Express Edition and think it is great for making first steps in programming for Windows. It's rather wise idea of Microsoft to provide free version of it's IDE so students and novice programmists can study Visual Studio and decide whether they want to use it's much more powerful paid versions.
