It's a great client over all. Decent UI. Superb scripting. Been using it for at least 4 years. And it is indeed supported on every version of Windows since Windows 95. Nice stuff.

The best IRC client out there, a bit difficult to get the hang of at first but you will get it, use it for anything!

Haven't used mIRC in a long time ever since clicking links in sites such as www.packetnews.com stopped working in Vista. Abandoned the IRC world and wandered into Torrents, where i've been ever since. However, when i did use IRC mIRC was excellent :)
