Mobipocket overview is ok. For reading novels ok. For reading computer pdf-books not, because the format of the document is completely lost.
I don't know if Reader is the same for everybody, but in my case it is the Mobipocket desktop client. The Pocket PC version is perfect for scripture study with it's annotating support.
