yes crap!
I hate crappy software created by the device manufacturer that is neither useful nor necessary. It chews up system resources so information that's available entirely through the Control Panel is available while sitting in the system tray. If you're going to make device software make it either useful or invisible. Failing this, stick to useful drivers.
