actually, this is the default downloads directory for windows vista.
One of my favorite programs, fer sure. :-)) Not sure how the Wakoopa Tracker actually tracks (1), but this is not a program but a sub-directory on the hard disk.
This is the disk location where files downloaded by Download Accelerator Plus are located.
(1) Is there a description somewhere that describes how the snapshots and associated times are taken?
