Really useful for weeding out inactive accounts from you following list. Unfortunately it doesnt work for accounts that follow more than 700 people, which is a shame as it is probably those people who benefit most from this service.
It is down quite a lot, and doesnt function as well as it could, but nonetheless, it is a very useful tool.
