I use MySQL Query Browser on all my MySQL Queries.
Excellent tool for building, debugging and visually creating sql scripts, or visually creating/editing databases, tables, views, etc. Coupled with the MySQL Administrator and MySQL Workbench, pretty much all i need for working with MySQL.
Very handy for quick database management.

Very handy to quickly test Queries
I'd like to see Sun take this one to the next level.
I prefer CocoaMysql for the Mac
A good alternative to phpMyAdmin. No need to install a web server.
