Very well developed, great debugger, very useful for java programming
(haven't used it for anything else so can't say how good or bad it is). Also it
is free and has a vb.net like programming interface and automates most of the
annoying mundane tasks.
It is a very good IDE, but takes process over 90%... And runs quite slow..
But it is still the best JAVA IDE what I have found so far. Also includes some
kind of J2ME emulator.
I like Netbeans, very easy with highlighting variables and good to use for
programming but what I dislike about Netbeans is that it is not so compatible
using along with Subversion.
Once I had an aassessment and I use Netbeans to update subversion work
directory, but it does not work fine. Even though it says its finished with
updating, I still have not my recent things being updated, I was so pissed off
that day.
Finally I have solved my problem by checkout using a terminal instead of
Netbeans, that works fine.
But overall, I am still using Netbeans, in future when this happens again, I
will use the terminal to checkout and update.
it comes with Netbeans
the best java environment I've ever used.
it's strongly support all kinds of java in the easiest ways.
is fast powerful and FREE.
I hate Eclipse when i try net beans, is also support C/C++, Ruby, PHP
..etc

I prefer it much to Eclipse, Eclipse never quite clicked for me. Netbeans has
a kick-*** support for many java frameworks but also a great javascript
debugger, support for ruby, php, python... neat :D
Great IDE!! I love it because it makes programming easier for me, the autosuggest works pretty well

This is a great open source IDE for many programming languages.
I play it with RoR,easy to go
I like that IDE. It's easy to develop java apps thanks to NetBeans.
