I absolutely love NNW. With the web based syncing, I can read the same set of
feeds on my phone, my work computer, and my home machine. It does its job
well,.
Not one day passes without reading feeds in NetNewsWire. I paid for it last
year and I didn't feel too bad when they released future versions for free. It's
one of the great apps on the Mac.
Performance-wise, it could use some speed improvement especially when you
have many feeds to sync.
I generally only use Netvibes for my RSS feeds, but on the iPhone,
NetNewsWire is pretty damn good. If I was using a desktop based reader, it
would, obviously, be this.
The best news reader for Mac. Only shortcoming is the built in browser which
does not show rich media in some cases. Easy to launch in default browser.
Feeds made simple
Mmm, RSS. Tasty.
best rss reader ever.

Pros: It works just like you want it to. The interface is great. You can make folders. It's free!
Cons: Sometimes the refresh rate is a bit slow.
I think it is the best Fee Mac RSS app.
Started using it after using Mail.app for a few months. I like it so far.
