Network Connect’s innovative adaptive dual mode transport
ensures that the user gets the best connection possible from diverse
environments. When the user is authenticated, Network Connect
will initially create an IPSec-like network tunnel. If the network
configuration does not support that type of connection, Network
Connect will automatically fall back to SSL. This function is transparen
to the end user, and ensures the best connection possible at all times,
enabling power users to take full advantage of powerful, resource-
intensive applications like VoIP or streaming media.
