All the monsters, items, set pieces and settings are there for world builders to use. But do not stop there; construct traps, encounters, custom monsters and magic items to make your adventure unique.
But the Neverwinter experience is not just for one person- adventure with all your friends. Neverwinter Nights can be played online with up to 64 friends, all sharing in the adventure. You can organize and run your own adventures through the role of the Dungeon Master and control all the monsters, creatures and characters your friends meet as they journey on their quest. A powerful piece of software that is included with Neverwinter Nights, the DM Client, allows nearly unlimited control for running your own adventures for your friends.

One of the best CRPGs ever made, and definitely the best D&D CRPG product to date. Six years after release and it still has a great community with tons of mods, campaigns, and other user-created content. It also has the best multiplayer features of any CRPG that I've seen. Definitely a must-play.

Neverwinter Nights is one of my favorite games.
It's really immersive and customizable. Ranging from single player RPG game to massively multiplayer online RPG, it's main feature is that you can build your own game with the Aurora Toolset and share it with thousands of other players.
The official stories are great and can be played both single and multiplayer. Playing with friends online is so much fun!
As you can download thousands of new stories and resources other players make everyday, it's a long-term investment.
