Nitro PDF editor isn't the 5th most used word processor on Windows by chance. I find it the best that is out. The tabbed PDF viewing is nice, and creation of PDF files is extremely easy. A bit costy, though.

Nitro PDF is cool. As an alternative of Adobe try PDFSnS or PDF Sign&Seal which allows tabbed PDF viewing, stamps, sticky notes, attachments, watermarks, signatures, password protection, bookmarks, form filling etc.

Looks nice, but it seems to be a bit slower and buggier than Adobe Acrobat.
Opens almost as fast as Adobe's Acrobat, but it's hughe plus point for me is, that is has a tabbed interface and my scanner works with this one. I recommend it !
The best PDF Tool in the world, and it had a Ribbon Interface, very simimilar to the Office 2007 inteface. But.. very expensive.
