Nokia Contacts Editor

With Nokia Contacts Editor you can open and edit, save and print phone contacts on your PC. You can also update new and changed contacts to a phone using Nokia Contacts Editor.

You can begin working with your contacts by right-clicking the Nokia PC Suite icon on the Windows taskbar and then selecting Contacts, which will open the Contacts view in Nokia Phone Browser. From there you can open Nokia Contacts Editor by clicking the contacts icon, or by selecting a contact from the Contacts folder in Nokia Phone Browser.

The contact information includes fields for the contact's first name and last name. The default order for displaying the names is first name first. If you want to change the order in which names are displayed, go to Options > Name Order and select First name first or Last name first. Restart Nokia Contacts Editor for the changes to take effect. The order in which the names are displayed is applied to all contacts.

Note: The phone's Contacts folder is visible on the Nokia Phone Browser view only when a phone is connected to the PC.

Contacts saved on the phone's SIM card are visible in Nokia Contacts Editor and Nokia Phone Browser's Contacts view only after you update them to the phone memory.
