The 3rd most popular operating process on Windows
ShareIn Windows NT/2000/XP/Vista, by default, all active 16-bit applications run as separate threads in a single multithreaded process called NT Virtual DOS Machine (NTVDM). The NTVDM process simulates a 16-bit DOS/Windows environment complete with all of the DLLs called by 16-bit Windows applications. Edit

This shows up for my old Tetris Game :)
Needed to play awesome old games!
Was trying to work out what this was, then saw someone mention SIM tower. Nice to see that Microsoft included an emulator for DOS.
It arrived because I still love to play old first "Civilization for Windows" by (R.I.P.) Microprose
NTVDM?

It is my Borland Pascal 7.0!

Gabriel Knight II rules =)
Hit windows+R and type "command" (NOT "cmd"!) that's the (very slow) application here. :P
It is my Borland Pascal 7.0 %)
It's stupid writing a review bout this; but I won't give it a good rating cuz it can't play games that require full-screen!
Commander Keen Episode 6 ROCKS
