I'm not sure I've ever received any actual help from Microsoft Office Help. It's slow and ugly, both of which could be forgiven a bit if it actually worked well, but the search feature in Office help has always seemed broken, resulting in a slew of only vaguely-related offerings. Use Google instead...
An incredibly poor help interface when compared to the properly integrated offerings from e.g. Apple and the Gnome project. A shameful anachronism from a previous age.
Help. MS has unintuitive software and this checks the web for information. MS-- Make simple software and we would need help.
