I've actually met a number of people on here, either for dating or just as friends and it's been quite helpful. Sure, there's the typical drama on the forums, but I rarely participate. Usually, just a few comments here and there. Their IM feature sucks so I only use it when I've forgotten to turn it off and someone IMs me, but after their redesign that's my only complaint.
For a free dating site, this is a complete site. I'm not a big internet dater, but from time to time I check out the sites and BS on them. It is very feature complete, with alot of unique features like the stalker option etc... Try it out if your lonely lookin for LOVE LOL
