If you're into GTD, you'll love the solutions this app offers. Great UI (if you understand it/ GTD). Very polished product. You can sync with the iPhone app too.
Best GTD app for the Mac. It supports many different types of configurations and makes tracking projects/actions easy. The sync with OmniFocus for iPhone is a great feature for when I'm away from the office
great GTD application - using it syncing with my iPhone and its works really fine for me!
To this day it is the best GTD application i have found. But this does not mean it is perfect. First the price is way to expensive, then the general look is ugly (especially when compared to "Things" or "The Hit list" for example), and it lacks of several little detail features you find in those other GTD apps. Not sure it is going to stay #1 for long if they don't change on these issues. But for now, nothing gets the work done like Omnifocus
Древовидная структура задач. Есть индексация в Spotlight. Удобная мобильная версия для Ipod/Iphone.
OmniFocus is the app which introduced me to the concept of GTD, and I've been hooked since. The features are just-right, and the interface is super slick. With OmniFocus, all it takes to get things done is to 'Capture, Organize and Do'.
Also of note is the OmniFocus quick-entry tool, which allows you to clip stuff to OmniFocus from anywhere. Memory usage is minimal, and you can safely have it boot up with your Mac. iCal syncing is another great feature. The only thing I dislike as of the current release is the software's tendency to take constant backups. Haven't found a way to disable that yet.
Be sure to check out the introduction video from the OmniGroup website, before you start using it.
OmniFocus is very deep and smart GTD app.
Great GTP app! First you have to get used to the interface, but after some initial time of adaption your GTD process will be a snap.
In addition to the usual GTD functions, they integrated a lot of syncing options (MobileMe, Network Volumes, iCal, ...). You can add rules to Mail for adding new to-dos per Mail. There is also an iPhone app out there.
The only negative thing is the price. An One-person license costs 80$.
My GTD app of choice for managing my projects and tasks. Also great because it syncs over MobileMe to the OmniFocus iPhone app. Critics either don't understand GTD or didn't invest the time in understating the power of this app.
Is the ideal app for me, I have it running all the time, and on iphone when not at mac.
Takes a bit of time to get into the interface, but once mastered provides a lot of flexability and control in managing my life.
The interface is a bit spartan and it's pretty pricey, but for personal task management there is no more versatile application.
Syncing with the iPhone version makes it even better.
Neat - probably over complex for me - at this time - but I use it in conjunction with the iPhone app
It took me a while to settle, but I finally picked OmniFocus.
Always running.
