物語の舞台は県内でも名門として知られる颯華学園。 この学園に２人の学生がいた。
伊達祐一郎は、かつて女教師によってレイプ犯に仕立て上げられ 学園から追い出されるという過去を持っていた。 内気で病弱な水樹浩巳は、同じ学年の他の学生と比べても明らかに 年齢が幼く見られ、クラスメイトからのいじめを受けていた。
祐一郎は「女教師」という存在全てに復讐するために、 浩巳は学園での唯一の理解者である保健教師の朝倉理奈を守るために 女教師たちを肉欲の渦に陥れていくのだった……
