It actually works. Most all "performance" software simply is for show and does not work, this actually increases ram, and makes a noticeable difference.
If you believe what the O&O CleverCache monitor says, it reduces memory load depending on what you´re doing and what machine you have it can be a lot of ram.In my case windows runs slighty faster.
