Terminal access to Apple's AppleScript language. Very useful when combined with Apple Remote Desktop. It can also be used in combination with shell scripts and cron job to make your computer do some pretty amazing tricks.

A great terminal app in OSX. It makes running remote apple script commands incredibly simple. When I was managing a lab of Macs, I would use this in combination with ARD and SystemEvents to do a HUGE number of things that would normally require someone at the computer entering things on the keyboard.
