I have used GMail and i didn't have any troubles with it. You can use POP instead.
Actually I use Opera Mail because is integrated on the browser, nothing best than that =D
Used both WLM and thunderbird, and while WLM has the monopoly on Hotmail accounts, it fails at gmail IMAP.
it seems that all of you guys haven't used Windows Live Mail, that's the best Mail Software
I loathe any email program that brings viruses to any computer, and this is one of the worst.

I don't use it. There are better alternatives.
Don't know why all are voting 1 star in everyting. First of all it's free, the interface it's similar as Thunderbird for example, the performance is good afterall and it doesn't have lot's of features.
But 1 star in all.. please, vote as it must be.. this isn't a i like or i don't like it webpage..
