PSP7Pro here all the way
I only use PSP! I think easy to use!
Favorite 2d application. I use it since I know what graphic apps are.
Of course Photoshop would be better on some things, but I continue to use Paint Shop Pro for its simplicity and ease of use and the fact I've used it since version 5. Versions XI and XII aren't that great in my opinion. I still continue to use version X.
I've never tried Photoshop, but this software meets all of my editing needs. The learning curve wasn't unbearably steep either!
The old Jasc Paintshop Pro 7 is still by far my favorite one.
I really don't think that this really compares in terms of photo manipulation / editing to photoshop, yet I have found that it is my application of choice for pixel art.
