Works great. Would be good to be able to use it to do everything that one can do via the website, like add seeds and bookmarks, etc.
Also...looking for a way to update status with current track/station on identica, twitter, etc. via pidgin or ping.fm.
awesome app
I use this a bunch, the play lists of my favorite artists start to blend together over time, so I think I have discovered around 4-5 new bands that I really like. Not sure if I would have paid for the desktop app if I knew it lacked in the features. I wish it had a way to play your favorite songs on demand, as well as time left and maybe a preview on what it is about to play next. All and all, I prefer Pandora over Last.fm and Slacker Radio.
Great program.
I subscribe to Pandora One. This is fantastic service. I wish the Pandora One player had more features - like song length, remaining time, or never ever, ever, ever play Neil Young.
It is a great way to find new music but the desktop interface is nothing but the web version in a window, which is still better than leaving a webpage open but they could do better. Much more could be down with AIR.
As everyone else said, it is a great app but completely useless based on the potential for an Adobe Air platform base. It basically opens up a small GUI that you would normally see in the browser. Possible a little more convenient but not worth the switch.
I like Pandora. Could be better, but what the...
Definitely not great. The only reason I use it is to avoid trying to figure out what tab the web version is in if i need to pause it. I still have to log in every other day, for Pete's sake.
Great for when my computer refuses to let me use a browser but I can still connect via the app to listen. That, and I am slightly obsessed with closing open windows in my browsers and would chronically close Pandora when I didn't want to.
I love Pandora, but this is a useless download. Doesn't even support hotkeys or skipping to the next trace. Seriously there is no point to the app where there are already hacks which provide the same functionality for Pandora that this gives us. Completely useless! Thanks for nothing Pandora.
