Great despite the ads.
Have yet to find a better custom music "radio station" app.
Awesome source of free Internet tunes!
Unfortunately, due to the licensing and streaming requirements foisted on them by the DMCA and other such regulations, there's not a lot of stuff on their radio that I'd care to listen to. Even worse - from my perspective - is if you search for something, it returns something they claim is "related" but... I'd wager that nine times out of ten, it's not going to be something that you want.
I'll just stick to listening to mu CD collection in iTunes.

For being around for ten years, Pandora has not evolved; especially their interface - tons of gui fails.
This is awesome. It really knows what to judge what songs to play. Apple Genius is somewhat smart but sometimes the popular stuff is just thrown in a very broad range. This determines off a lot different things and really is accurate.
I love this service. You get to listen to new artists and songs and expand your music base considerably.
Pandora is one of the best music sites. Although their free service has recently become limited to 40 hours per month, unlimited listening is ridiculously cheap -- only $1/month.
USA only :(
Pandora is an excellent site that will only play the type of music you like. You can make 100 stations, each one tailored to the style of music you want it to play. You can like, dislike a song. You can ban a song from playing from station, but add it to another station. And lots more.
Unfortunately, Pandora stream only within the USA (вещает только на США!).
Without Pandora, I would probably end up being far less productive.
Pandora is awesome. I've been using it for a couple years now and I still listen to all of my radio stations (even as my tastes have changed) because I can mould them to sound however I like.
Over the years, the features have increased but the performance has taken a dive. It used to be a seamless transition from song to song, but nowadays it takes almost twenty seconds. Also, the desktop version is not free, but it does come without adds so...
I love this. I enter one artist, and it plays songs from different artists, but with similar styles. It's better than having to play my imeem playlist over and over, which did get boring.
With Pandora, I not only get to listen to songs that are my taste, but I get to discover new ones, too.
