PasswordSafe is an easy program to use and I actually believe it is secure.
The one caveat is that if you use it, you must make regular backups and keep
them on a separate device (preferably in a separate place). I use ElephantDrive
(http://www.elephantdrive.com) in tandem with PasswordSafe and
the combination has been effective.
