Absolutely shite if you want to actually do anything worthwhile. Brilliant if you want to do something like resize or crop an image and your only alternative is Paint.
I don't linke this app. Just opens by mistaken association. LoL
Stagnant app. Sometimes it just won't open. Should be abolished.
Comes free with WinOS. Average kind of software.
