I like editing options at this program
very handy image viewer, dynamic and easy to use. the controls are sweet too, arrow up/down for zooming, panning with the mouse etc.
only point is that it remembers how you left the picture, so if you zoomed in a 100%, the next time you go over that pic again, it's super zoomed in.
I like it but I wish it could display useful image information (exif,histogram, etc..) just as FastPictureViewer does.

The new version of photo viewer comes with picasa 3

User interface is its strength, zooming does not work well on my computer, and any changes you make are not made directly onto the original file.
Picasa 3 Tries installing the viewer by default.. I chose not to use it etc..
