This is the organizer I use for mŧ digital pictures on all of my computers
(Windows/Linux). With an hack it can upload to Flickr/Facebook/Imageshack and
all of the main online photo storing services available.
Excellent photo editor and photo organizer. Not as deep as Paint.net, though.
If only it would let me right-click on a photo and send it to Flickr, i'd love
it. But it won't. :(
Picasa works with pictures very well. Simple uploading (syncing with Picasa
Web), sharing and editing photos. You can do everything you need with photos
using single app — Picasa.

edit, its very useful as you can restore a picture even if you have edited it to
the worst condition. Works fast and you can add tags, search photo by color, has
face recognition feature, and pictures can be viewed in a time-line format as

Works well for the average user. Not for Pros. but doesn't claim to be. The best image organizer for the masses IMNSHO.

Good to manage my images... but i use iphoto in mac to do it.
