It does the job, but why, oh why just refusing to implement features like voice and video ? Lately the development seems like it's stalled.

It crashes sometimes and has some nasty bugs. It's still the best IM I've ever used.

This is an awesome messenger client. It can connect to tons of networks (even sametime, which is used at the company I work for), and for those it can't, there are plugins.
The interface may not be the prettiest or user friendly, but it fits most of the different scenarios you can have with all the different protocols.
Plus, tabbed chatting is the way to go :D

w00t... am thrilled with this program. In previous versions they had some problems since it crashed every once in a while and file transfers were pain in the arse... now, all the problems are gone and it's a real joy using it... :D

A nice multi-protocol, multi-platform instant messenger. A huge list of plugins are available to customize it according to one's taste. The only thing missing is voice and video chat facility. The best thing i liked is the facility to chat with facebook friends.

This is great. I've started chatting with old friends on IM's such as MSN Messenger that I'd stopped using (as it's shite).

So handy having all my different IM frinds lists in one app.

It is easy to use and reliable. It is how ever fairly basic in customisability and looks
